Our client's Edwardian home will provide the site for this proposal for two new semi-detached homes.

With a first proposal refused planning permission, and following an appeal, the decision whilst not in our favour did comment favourably and gave us guidance as to what the inspector would find acceptable. The modified scheme was reduced in size very slightly and was successful. Our clients are now planning the next stage of their development.
